The Replenishment Program provides medications at no cost to eligible clinics that meet the enrollment criteria and abide by the requirements for screening patients. Once a clinic is enrolled into the program, all program medications dispensed to qualified patients will be replenished on a bottle for bottle replacement basis, based on the past month’s drug utilization. Each clinic will send dispensing reports to Direct Relief USA, which will serve as replenishment orders. It is the responsibility of the clinic to determine if a patient is eligible to receive the program medication and authorize the dispensing of the prescribed medication.
