ReplenishRx provides medications at no cost to eligible safety net providers that meet the enrollment criteria and follow requirements for screening patients. Once an organization is enrolled in the program, Direct Relief restocks all program medications dispensed to qualified patients on a one-for-one basis in accordance with the previous month’s drug utilization. Participating facilities send dispensing reports to Direct Relief; the reports serve as new order requests.
